The Chalkboard Effect
I was trying to make a masculine but young looking layout for my son. I kept it very simple and took out my oil based pastels. I used the pastels to doodle around the edges and softly color the open areas of black cardstock. Then I ran my fingers over it to rub it in gently. It created this really neat chalkboard effect!! I really liked it so I wanted to share it.
