Hi Again!! Today I am sharing the 2"x2" blocks that came in the creativity add-on along with the September Scraps of Darkness kit. I decided to alter them with little tiny photos of my daughter and grandson along with little tiny embellishments. I loved doing these!!

Fun News!! I am featuring a kit from Scraps of Elegance on YouTube this month!! This beautiful kit from is called Mary's Song and it's full of beautiful papers and embellishments!! I did a video to show off all the items from the main kit to each and every add-on. Check it out and if you like it please give me a thumbs up :D
One of my favorite movie quotes!! I took this photo of a sunset at our place and had to add the quote. The quote is from The Secret Life of Walter Mitty and Sean Penn says it as the character Sean O'Connell.
My all time favorite colors to work with when doing a layout are neutrals!! It's funny how that works, but colors really do inspire and fuel the crafty mojo! I have had this photo of Rylee for a while and decided it needed to be scrapped, so I gathered some odds and ends in my scrap room and got busy. The title "Safe" refers to her cautious personality.
The little silver dots were placed on here using a q-tip or they are also called ear buds in some countries. This is a way to add a little extra eye candy that only takes a second.
I recently finished a few more journal pages and decided to take pics of this most recent one. I struggled with this one after I drew her and finally got a little inspiration and finished it today.

I've been on a mixed media kick again and this time I am sharing another page from my art journal. This time I decided to swing to the sexier side and feature a photograph by M. Ambrosio Photography of my friend Ali Sweet!
I had this girl drawn for quite awhile in my art journal and the other day I finally decided to finish the pages. She is still pretty rough around the edges, but over all I'm pretty happy with how she turned out. Here are some pics of the finished project!!
